Nextiva is a good company but requires a dedicated individual who has bandwidth to be self-taught to utilize the features. If you wear many hats, do your research. Tech is great. If you have any issues, you call in an 800 # that typically has long hold times. Online Chat is decent. Personal account manager doesn't seem to be able to help a ton unless you are adding users/devices (more of a sale manager than an account manager). Customer service has been good. All in all, they meet my expectations.
I've been using Nextiva for 2 years now and it's a very practical tool. The quality of the calls is excellent: I've never experience issues where the call is disconnected or breaking up.
It also allows you to send and receive text messages (including media) so you don't need to jump in a phone call to have aconstant communication with your business partners.
Nextiva is great for big teams! Their call flow set up is simple and intuitive. Support team is top notch. I also love the phones they provide - Poly all the way! 5 stars!
Switching to Nextiva was the best decision my company made. Best phone call quality. Great Customer Service. Love being able to use my office number while working from home by either calling through my computer or the app on my cell phone.
Through our previous phone system, which we handled on site, we were unable to handle some tasks that Nextiva made possible. We no longer have outages and handling our large reception team with high traffic has become easier thanks to Nextiva. If we do stumble across issues, they are ready to resolve these issues in a timely manner. If you are looking to improve your work efficiency then give Nextiva a call.

I sought them out based on a recommendation from a family member.
I was looking forward to working with them, but since day 1 it has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company ever.
The sales team was extremely unorganized, constantly missed our planned phone calls and made countless mistakes on getting my account setup. They ordered the wrong equipment for my office and refused to allow me to either return it or order the correct equipment without additional fees.
When I expressed my frustration, the sales team could not care less.
Unfortunately, I had already cancelled my other service at this point, so felt forced into moving forward despite having zero confidence.
The service team seems to be the most inept and inconsistent of any service team I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I’ve had to make multiple calls to them during my first 2-2.5 mos of service due to issues with our voicemail and extremely low call quality on the phones.
About 2 in 8 calls got me a competent and helpful service team member. The rest were a combination of inept, clueless, and rude.
Overall, this is the worst business decision I have ever made. I could not be more displeased with the service.
